Menara BAC
BAC PJ Campus
There are two parking lots you can opt to park your vehicle at:
- You may utilize the basement parking lots at Menara VSQ, BAC PJ Campus, and then get to the ground floor, and follow the path towards Menara BAC.
- You may go directly to Menara BAC (event venue) and use the parking system/elevator at this building. Kindly note that queueing and parking may take up to 5 – 10 minutes per vehicle, depending on the traffic at Menara BAC.
Waiting Area
Before the Ceremony
Please take note that the waiting area for you and your guest(s) is at Horizon Banquet Hall & Horizon Dining, Level 3A & 5, Menara BAC.
Light Refreshments will be available upon providing your refreshment tickets (which will be provided to the graduand on the Robe Collection Day) to the PIC. No food or beverages are permitted into Omnia Auditorium; guests and graduands may choose to collect their refreshments after the Convocation Ceremony if they do not wish to consume them before.
Your guest(s) will only be permitted entrance into Omnia Auditorium at the time indicated on the itinerary and the tickets. Kindly note that all guests will be required to present their tickets at the registration counter on the day of the event.
We reserve the right to deny entry to guest(s) who do not produce their tickets.
After the Convocation Ceremony
For graduands who are planning to take their convocation photos on the same day with Foto Prime or return their robes, they may proceed to Horizon Banquet Hall Level 3A, Menara BAC.
For graduands who are opting to take their graduation photos on a separate date with Foto Prime, join us and celebrate this joyous milestone at the Centre Court VSQ, BAC PJ, which will be staged with photo booths, merchandise stations, and eateries.
Graduands & guests may collect their refreshments at Horizon Banquet Hall & Horizon Dining, Level 3A, & Level 5 Menara BAC.
Attire
All graduands are strictly required to attend in formal/traditional attire.
*Slippers, singlets, and any inappropriate attire are strictly not permitted.

Protocol and Etiquette
Today marks a milestone in your academic journey, and we are delighted to celebrate this moment with you. To ensure the ceremony is both smooth and memorable for everyone, we kindly ask that you take note of the following guidelines:
- Be seated before the procession begins. Guest seating is first-come, first-served.
- No guests are permitted in the graduates’ seating area.
- Mobile phones should be switched off or placed on silent mode.
- Photography is strictly not allowed during the ceremony.
- Food and drinks are not permitted in Omnia Auditorium.
- All graduates and their guests are asked to be seated and to remain in their seats during the entire ceremony for safety reasons and as a sign of respect to all university graduates.
- Children below 12 years old are not allowed into the ceremony theatre.
