Registration
Graduates who wish to attend the Convocation Ceremony must register and make full payment.
The closing date for registration is Friday, 30 October 2026.
Late registrations will not be entertained.
Ticket for Graduate & Guest
Ticket is Inclusive of
- Compulsory Registration Fee
- Inclusive of 2 complimentary guest tickets
- Light refreshments for you and your guests for the graduation ceremony.
Ticket Price
- RM100.00 (Excluding gown rental and photography)
Because the allocation of two guest tickets is complimentary, the ticket price remains the same if you bring one guest, or two guests, or none.
A maximum of two (2) guests is permitted per graduate due to limited seats. However should you require more than two (2) guest tickets, you may purchase them (strictly only) on the day of the Robe Collection. Please note that additional tickets are subject to availability and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Kindly note that all payments made are non-refundable, and tickets are non-replaceable, non-transferable, and not for resale.
Ticketing & Robing
How do I book my graduation Robe?
Foto Prime is our photographer and robe supplier. Their photography and robing package slip is in the confirmation e-mail that you will have received after you submitted your registration. Their contact information and payment instructions are at the bottom of the reply slip. Please make your payment for the Graduation robe to Foto Prime by the 19th of October 2026.

What is the process for E-Tickets and Robe Collection?
When will I receive my e-ticket?
Your e-ticket will be sent to the personal email address provided during your convocation registration. E-tickets will only be distributed via email after the registration period has closed. Kindly check your inbox regularly, including your spam or junk folder. The Tracer Study e-slip must be provided to Registrar’s Department at the Robe Collection venue. Upon presenting the Tracer Study e-slip, Graduands will then proceed to present their E-tickets to Foto Prime and collect their robes.
Can I take my studio photoshoot with Foto Prime on the day of my Robe Collection?
Yes, you may, from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm, and no prior booking is required. Please bear in mind that it is on a first-come, first-served basis.
I can’t collect my robe. Can I send a representative on my behalf?
Yes, you may. Once you have successfully registered for the BAC Convocation Ceremony, you will receive an automated confirmation email with details about the convocation. The Authorisation Letter for Robe Collection will be attached to this email.
How do I obtain the Tracer Study Link?
The completed details of the Tracer Study will be provided to all graduand’s by the Registry’s Department via the graduand’s personal registered email address with BAC.
The tracer’s study is only applicable to UOL students not UK Transfer degree students.
I can't collect my robes. Can I send a representative on my behalf?
Yes, you may. An Authorization Letter is required.
The Authorization Letter will be emailed to you once you have registered for the graduation ceremony. You will be required to fill out 2 Authorization Letters. You will need to fill out the letter and follow the instructions as stated in the letter by Foto Prime.
Your representative will be required to produce the 1st Authorization Letter along with a copy of your IC to the registrar's department, together with proof of completion of the Tracer Study.
Your representative will be required to produce the 2nd Authorization Letter along with a copy of your IC and provide it to Fotoprime when they are collecting your robe on your behalf.
