Graduands will be provided with tickets on the day of the Robe Collection at Menara BAC on the 13th of November 2025 from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm. Further details will be provided to you directly by our robe supplier, Foto Prime, once you have decided on your package and made the relevant payments to them

Foto Prime is our photographer and robe supplier. Their photography and robing package slip is in the confirmation e-mail that you will have received after you submitted your registration. Their contact information and payment instructions are at the bottom of the reply slip. Please make your payment for the Graduation robe to Foto Prime by the 13th of October 2025.

Graduands can only collect their tickets upon presenting their Tracer Study e-slip to the Registrar’s Department at the Robe Collection venue. Upon presenting the Tracer Study e-slip, graduands will receive their ticket and their guest tickets for the Convocation Ceremony. Graduands will then proceed to present their tickets to Foto Prime and collect their robes

3.1. Can I take my studio photoshoot with Foto Prime on the day of my Robe Collection?
Yes, you may, from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm, and no prior booking is required. Please bear in mind that it is on a first-come, first-served basis.

The completed details of the Tracer Study will be provided to all graduands by the Registrar’s Department via the graduand’s personal registered email address with BAC.

4.1. I can’t collect my tickets & robes. Can I send a representative on my behalf?
Yes, you may. An Authorization Letter is required.

The Authorization Letter will be emailed to you once you have registered for the graduation ceremony. You will be required to fill out 2 Authorization Letters. You will need to fill out the letter and follow the instructions as stated in the letter by Foto Prime.

Your representative will be required to produce the 1st Authorization Letter along with a copy of your IC to the Registrar’s Department, together with proof of completion of the Tracer Study.

Your representative will be required to produce the 2nd Authorization Letter along with a copy of your IC and provide it to Fotoprime when they are collecting your robe on your behalf.
